London International Disputes Week 2026: Diverse perspectives: lessons in resolving disputes

This event will draw together practitioners with a wide range of specialisms to share insights and new ideas about the art of dispute resolution.

4th Jun 2026

Pinsent Masons LLP, London, 11:30am - 1:00pm

Whatever your specialism, client base, jurisdiction or experience, we can all learn from the perspectives of others.

This event will draw together practitioners with a wide range of specialisms to share insights and new ideas about the art of dispute resolution. The panel will include Sir Rupert Jackson (former Lord Justice of Appeal and now a leading arbitrator and mediator), Henrietta Jackson-Stops (a leading mediator who runs IPOS Mediation), Tim Chelmick (Barrister, 4 New Square) and experts in construction, technology and IP disputes from Pinsent Masons, moderated by commercial litigator and arbitrator Jim Cormack KC. Drawing from their experience in different fields, the panel will identify lessons that are applicable to everyone – wherever the dispute and whatever its nature.

Lunch will be available after the session.
