Nikki Edwards joins IPOS Mediation

We are delighted to announce that Nikki Edwards will be joining IPOS Mediation from March 2026.

Nikki is already an established mediator, working as a commercial mediator for the last ten years, alongside her private practice in litigation and dispute resolution. 

Her mediation practice focuses on internal company disputes, shareholder disputes, breach of contract, fraud, negligence and financial services. With over 20 years of experience of dealing with and resolving commercial disputes as a lawyer, she is particularly well known for her expertise in handling high-stakes, sensitive boardroom and shareholder conflict, business fraud and corporate disputes.

Nikki is noted for her ability to read the room and quickly develop a rapport with all involved. Her thorough preparation and flexible approach to the mediation process ensures that each mediation is tailored to the needs of the parties. She can command the room in highly contentious meetings, whilst retaining a calm and professional demeanour.

Nikki also works with charity Calm Mediation, where she is a Trustee and volunteer mediator. 

Furthermore, she was recognised at the last National Mediation Awards, where she won Mediation Advocate of the Year.

Nikki is also President of the London Solicitors Litigation Association (the LSLA) and plays an active role in shaping best practice in litigation and ADR.
