In a ballot of its membership, Katie Bradford, partner at Linklaters and a founding member of the Civil Mediation Group, a mediation users' organisation, has been elected to the Board of the Civil Mediation Council by a significant margin.Mark Jackson-Stops, Head of Chambers at In Place of Strife, says: "The CMC has gained a board member of real distinction in Katie Bradford. Not only is she highly rated as a mediator, but she represents clients in mediation and consequently can see the issues from both sides of the fence. The CMC is certainly strengthened by this vote."
