Collaboration the focus for LIDW22

In the run-up to London International Disputes Week, IPOS mediator Henrietta Jackson-Stops has been quoted in an article on the event by Corporate Dispute Resolution.

LIDW's theme for 2022 is "Dispute Resolution - Global, Sustainable, Ethical?" and in a conversation about the topic Henrietta told the authors that those three topics had been "deliberately been left “open for interpretation”." Henrietta highlighted that collaboration is key to LIDW and that the fact that "competitor firms are sharing a platform defines the spirit the organisers are hoping for.""
