Former head litigation at UKAR joins In Place of Strife

Rebecca Clark, former Head of Litigation at UKAR (managing the Government interests in Bradford & Bingley Plc, Northern Rock Plc and Mortgage Express) has joined In Place of Strife.

Rebecca has experience across the gamut of private practice, in-house legal and as a successful emtrepreneur. Having had considerable experience in mediation, representing Government interests, she is now herself a full-time mediator across a wide range of subject matters.
