Guru of mediation, Henry Brown, joins the In Place of Strife line up.

In Place of Strife welcomes Henry Brown to the team. His practical experience as a mediator and a commercial litigator, divorce lawyer, Intellectual Property specialist and general practitioner has enabled him to develop a combination of the commercial and the family mediation models into a divorce mediation process, which is what he now primarily undertakes, particularly where there are complex financial, business, property and/or other issues.Together with Michael Cover, also trained in the hybrid divorce mediation model, In Place of Strife is well placed to assist couples in complex and /or high profile separations.Head of Chambers, Mark Jackson-Stops, comments: "The addition of Henry to the team gives our Chambers a real edge in being able to offer mediators to family members that have disputes or differences, whether these relate to their separations and divorces or to their business interests, such as shareholder and partnership disputes."
