Henrietta Jackson-Stops featured in CDR News

IPOS Partner and Mediator Henrietta Jackson-Stops, writing in her role as Co-Chair of London International Disputes Week 2025, recently wrote a piece for CDR News with Co-Chairs Jonathan Cary and Loukas Mistelis about London International Disputes Week 2025, taking place from 2 - 6 June. She talks about the encouraging increase in mediation related events this year:

"Historically, mediation hasn’t always been seen as an alternative to arbitration. Certainly, my involvement in LIDW was to try and make sure that mediation was an equal partner in the dispute resolution toolbox.”
