In Place of Strife adds family mediation to its range of skills

In Place of Strife, the Mediation Chambers, has enhanced its family and family business mediation capability with the accreditation of Chambers member, Michael Cover, as a Family Mediator. Michael successfully completed the ADR Group Civil and Commercial to Family Mediation Course led by Henry Brown, and has also joined the Family Mediation Association. Other members of Chambers already have capability in the area of family business mediation. Head of Chambers, Mark Jackson-Stops, comments: "We are delighted that Michael has completed this course and is already practising in the area of family mediation. This gives our Chambers a real edge in being able to offer mediators to family members that have disputes or differences, whether these relate to their separations and divorces or to their business interests, such as shareholder and partnership disputes."
