Rebecca Attree and Arabella Murphy join IPOS Mediation

We are delighted to announce thatRebecca Attree and Arabella Murphy are joining the IPOS team with immediate effect.

Rebecca Attree

has been regularly mediating face to face and online for over a decade. Recognised by the legal directories, she is a highly effective and experienced mediator of commercial disputes both domestically and internationally.

Rebeccahas over 35 years’ experience in assisting global businesses and individuals to resolve disputes and reach agreements. Her mediation practice covers a wide range of disputes and she is qualified as both a commercial and workplace mediator.

As a result of Rebecca's career history andinternational commercial experience she has particular expertise in mediating cross border disputes that relate to commercial contracts, aerospace, defence, aviation, the creative industries, family business and real estate.

Arabella Murphy

has over 25 years' experience as a lawyer specialising in private wealth. She was formerly a partner atAllen & Overy LLP, and a founding partner of Maurice Turnor Gardner LLP where she has seen, first hand, the important role that mediation has to play, not just for parties in dispute, but also to aid difficult conversations and pre-empt disharmony.

Arabella's practice fits extremely well with IPOS's, bringing her experience in working with families from around the world, to complement IPOS's experience in resolving family business, inheritance, trust and succession disputes, amongst others.
